- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)

- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, cook minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in chicken broth; reduce for 1-2 minutes. Mix in softened cream cheese and chives; season to taste.
- Place seared chicken in the baking dish, pour creamy sauce over top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with side dishes.
Notes
Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before use for easier blending. For a richer sauce, a splash of heavy cream can be added.
