- 12 Frozen Rhodes Rolls
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (Divided)
- 3 cups Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- Thaw the rolls by removing them from the package and placing them on a greased baking sheet, covered with greased plastic wrap for 3-5 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the room-temperature cream cheese with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until smooth.
- Prepare the blueberries by cooking them in a skillet with the remaining sugar until they soften—about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble the bombs by flattening each roll, adding cream cheese and blueberry mixture, then sealing tightly.
- Bake the rolls seam-side down on the blueberry mixture for 30-34 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Brush with melted butter before baking for a crispy exterior. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
