Description

These delightful Baked Cream Cheese Blueberry Bombs are soft rolls filled with sweet blueberries and creamy cheese, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Frozen Rhodes Rolls
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (Divided)
  • 3 cups Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Thaw the rolls by removing them from the package and placing them on a greased baking sheet, covered with greased plastic wrap for 3-5 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the room-temperature cream cheese with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Prepare the blueberries by cooking them in a skillet with the remaining sugar until they soften—about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Assemble the bombs by flattening each roll, adding cream cheese and blueberry mixture, then sealing tightly.
  6. Bake the rolls seam-side down on the blueberry mixture for 30-34 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Brush with melted butter before baking for a crispy exterior. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
