Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and any fresh herbs.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until edges are slightly puffed and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
