- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly on top.
- Rub the seasoning into the fillets for even coating.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, mash the avocado and stir in lime juice and Greek yogurt; season with salt and pepper.
- Once baked, top the salmon with the avocado lime sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crustiness, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
