Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice in a large mixing bowl and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt to prepare the crumble topping.
- Cut in softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Evenly distribute the crumble over the apples.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
