Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup frangipane (almond cream)
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
- Pour half of the oat mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Spread the frangipane on top, then layer with the remaining oat mixture.
- Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oats are set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let your almond butter warm slightly before mixing, and consider toasting the flaked almonds.
