Description

A rich and creamy Baileys Irish Cream filling that elevates any dessert and brings warmth to special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp instant pudding mix (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill Your Equipment: Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients: Add powdered sugar, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract to cream cheese; beat until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the Baileys: Gradually pour in the Baileys Irish Cream while mixing on low speed until smooth.
  5. Whip the Cream: In the chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, adding instant pudding mix if using.
  6. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture in two additions.
  7. Chill: Transfer the filling to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
