Instructions
- Chill Your Equipment: Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Beat the Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: Add powdered sugar, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract to cream cheese; beat until smooth.
- Incorporate the Baileys: Gradually pour in the Baileys Irish Cream while mixing on low speed until smooth.
- Whip the Cream: In the chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, adding instant pudding mix if using.
- Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture in two additions.
- Chill: Transfer the filling to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
