- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup plain biscuits, crushed

Instructions
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, chopped dried apricots, desiccated coconut, crushed biscuits, chopped nuts (if using), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased or lined 8×8 inch square pan with the back of a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until firm, allowing flavors to meld together.
- Cut into slices and serve cold.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute sweetened condensed milk with coconut cream mixed with maple syrup. To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free biscuits.
