Ingredients

  • 1 cup Diced Apples

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
  4. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  5. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm drizzled with syrup and topped with additional diced apples.

Notes

For best results, let your butter sit out to reach room temperature before melting it.
