- 1 Egg

- 1 cup Diced Apples
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until thoroughly combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm drizzled with syrup and topped with additional diced apples.
Notes
For best results, let your butter sit out to reach room temperature before melting it.
