- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare cauliflower by tossing florets with olive oil on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden-brown and tender.
- Make the sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Combine the roasted cauliflower with the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil the cauliflower for the last 2-3 minutes. You can prep ingredients ahead of time.
