Ingredients

- 3–4 pounds beef roast (ribeye or sirloin)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Rub the olive oil all over the beef roast.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Season the roast evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned roast into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Remove the roast from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking for even results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
