Description
Transform humble radishes into a deliciously crispy side dish using an air fryer. Quick, healthy, and surprisingly flavorful!
Ingredients

- 2 bunches fresh radishes
- 2 teaspoons avocado or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- Dry oregano, to taste
- Feta or yogurt sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Prep the radishes by removing the stems and leaves, trimming the ends, and cutting each radish in half lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, add the halved radishes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and dry oregano. Mix until the radishes are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the radishes in the basket evenly.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve topped with crumbled feta or with a creamy yogurt sauce for dipping. Enjoy fresh out of the fryer!
Notes
For extra crispy radishes, cook a little longer, but watch to avoid burning. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer.
