Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Set Up Breading Station: In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another dish, pour the buttermilk.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the buttermilk, allowing any excess to drip off; dredge them in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry the Chicken: Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Prepare Honey Butter Garlic Sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in honey.
  7. Coat the Chicken: Remove the chicken from air fryer, drizzle with the honey butter garlic sauce, and toss gently to coat.
