Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (1.5 to 2 inches thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin recommended)
  • Salt to taste (kosher salt preferred)
  • Black pepper to taste (freshly cracked suggested)
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Brush the filet mignon steaks with olive oil on both sides, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. If using, sprinkle fresh rosemary over the steaks.
