Quick and delicious Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos with crispy shrimp, crunchy slaw, and a spicy-sweet sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 lb large, peeled, and deveined shrimp
- 4 flour tortillas (or corn tortillas for gluten-free)
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking gently halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
- Toss the hot shrimp in the bang bang sauce until well-coated.
- Mix shredded cabbage and carrot with a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Assemble tacos by placing some slaw on a warm tortilla, adding the crispy shrimp, and topping with extra sauce and lime wedges if desired.
Notes
For an extra crunch, consider adding panko breadcrumbs to the shrimp before air frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
