A delightful blend of roasted peanuts, coconut milk, and coffee, coated in a sweet syrup that creates a perfectly crunchy snack.
Ingredients

- 200 g raw skin-on peanuts
- 160 g sugar
- 2 tsp Ovaltine powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1/2 – 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp fine grain salt
- 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Prepare the peanuts by removing any damaged ones and rinsing if necessary.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the sugar, water, coconut milk, Ovaltine, and coffee in a pot and heat until sugar dissolves.
- Simmer and cook the mixture with peanuts for about 10 minutes.
- Stir constantly until the syrup thickens and coats the peanuts.
- Add the fine salt and mix well.
- Incorporate toasted sesame seeds and coat evenly.
- Transfer the peanuts to the baking sheet to cool.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before storing.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
