Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Garlic Parsley Salt
- 1 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F/230-260°C).
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil.
- Mix all dry spices in small bowl, then coat chicken evenly.
- Place thighs on hottest part of grill. Cook 2 minutes undisturbed.
- Flip and cook 3 more minutes (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy exterior: press thighs gently with spatula during first minute
- Works great with skin-on thighs (add 1 minute per side)
