Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Parsley Salt
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F/230-260°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil.
  3. Mix all dry spices in small bowl, then coat chicken evenly.
  4. Place thighs on hottest part of grill. Cook 2 minutes undisturbed.
  5. Flip and cook 3 more minutes (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra crispy exterior: press thighs gently with spatula during first minute
