Description

Delicious rice rolls filled with savory Korean beef, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables, wrapped in crispy rice paper.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 sheets rice paper
  • Cooked rice
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Optional: Sliced cucumber, cilantro, green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a heavy-bottomed cast iron skillet over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  2. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Prepare rice paper by dipping one sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  4. Assemble by laying the softened rice paper on a flat surface, adding cooked rice, beef mixture, sliced avocado, and optional veggies.
  5. Roll it up tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve by cutting each roll in half and pairing with a dipping sauce such as soy sauce or spicy chili sauce.

Notes

For best texture, reheat rolls in air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes. Avoid microwave to prevent sogginess.
