Description
Delicious rice rolls filled with savory Korean beef, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables, wrapped in crispy rice paper.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 sheets rice paper
- Cooked rice
- Lettuce leaves
- Optional: Sliced cucumber, cilantro, green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a heavy-bottomed cast iron skillet over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Prepare rice paper by dipping one sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble by laying the softened rice paper on a flat surface, adding cooked rice, beef mixture, sliced avocado, and optional veggies.
- Roll it up tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve by cutting each roll in half and pairing with a dipping sauce such as soy sauce or spicy chili sauce.
Notes
For best texture, reheat rolls in air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes. Avoid microwave to prevent sogginess.
