- 2 packs Instant Noodles
- 2 cups Cooked, Shredded Chicken
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Soft-Boiled Eggs
- 2 Chopped Green Onions
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a rapid boil.
- Add the instant noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked, shredded chicken and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve in bowls, topped with a soft-boiled egg cut in half and chopped green onions.
Notes
For deeper flavor, add ginger or garlic to the broth before noodles.
