Description

A quick and comforting ramen dish that comes together in just 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs Instant Noodles
  • 2 cups Cooked, Shredded Chicken
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Soft-Boiled Eggs
  • 2 Chopped Green Onions
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a rapid boil.
  2. Add the instant noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked, shredded chicken and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve in bowls, topped with a soft-boiled egg cut in half and chopped green onions.

Notes

For deeper flavor, add ginger or garlic to the broth before noodles.
