- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the fresh cranberries and pulse a few times until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs if using.
- Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetables.
