Description

A deliciously creamy and tangy dip that balances feta cheese with sweet, tart cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add the fresh cranberries and pulse a few times until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs if using.
  5. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetables.

Notes

For best texture, prepare the dip a day in advance and serve at room temperature.
