Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk and almond milk to blender first.
