Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves completely, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cranberries and bring to a boil.
