A comforting and cozy spiced turmeric latte made with vanilla almond milk and a delightful blend of spices.
Ingredients

- 1.5 cups vanilla almond milk (or any preferred plant milk)
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon + extra for sprinkling
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the vanilla almond milk, ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Set over medium-low heat and whisk continuously until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the coconut oil until melted and combined.
- Pour into a mug and sprinkle with additional cinnamon before serving.
Notes
For a frothy texture, use an immersion blender. Customize sweetness with maple syrup or coconut sugar if desired.
