Description
A creamy, indulgent pumpkin pie punch that combines the flavors of pumpkin spice with vanilla ice cream for a dessert-like drink perfect for autumn gatherings.
Ingredients
½ gallon cold apple cider
1 15-ounce can pumpkin:
12 ounces cream soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
1 cup Everclear (optional)
Apple slices for garnish
Cool Whip or whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine pumpkin spice creamer, softened ice cream, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).
- Pour into a punch bowl or individual glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-dairy version: use coconut milk ice cream and almond milk
- Make ahead tip: Blend everything except ice cream, then add ice cream just before serving
- For thicker texture, use less milk or more ice cream
