- 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make filling: In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and marinara.
- Assemble poppers: Separate biscuit dough into 8 rounds. Stretch each into a 5-inch circle. Spoon 2 tbsp filling onto each, then fold and seal edges tightly.
- Bake: Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake 15-18 mins until golden brown.
- Serve: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and basil. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
