Description

Peach Overnight Oats are a creamy, no-cook breakfast made by soaking oats in milk with fresh peaches, yogurt, and a touch of honey. Prepared the night before, they’re perfect for a quick and nutritious morning meal.

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup Rolled Oats Old-Fashioned
– 1/2 cup Milk of Choice
– 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
– 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
– 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
– 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
– Pinch of Salt
– 1 medium Ripe Peach

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, chia seeds (if using), and cinnamon.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Fold in diced peaches.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. Before serving, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if too thick.
  6. Top with sliced almonds and additional peach slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Use frozen peaches if fresh are not available; thaw before using.
  • These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Customize with other fruits like berries or mango.
