- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well-coated. Spread on a baking sheet cut-side down.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and then bake for another 10 minutes until browned and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the glaze over the roasted sprouts and toss gently. Roast for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
