Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large bowl.
- Mix warmed milk, melted butter, and eggs in separate bowl.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until dough forms.
- Knead dough 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Punch down dough and roll into 12×18 inch rectangle.
- Spread Nutella evenly over dough, leaving border.
- Roll tightly into log, slice lengthwise, and twist two pieces together.
- Place in greased loaf pan, cover, and rise 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 190°F.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Do not overheat milk – it should be warm but not hot to avoid killing yeast.
- Let bread cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
- Store in airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
