Ingredients

- 85 g unsalted butter
- 6 cups regular marshmallows
- 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
- ½ tsp salt
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring ½ cup of water to a gentle boil. Place a large heatproof bowl over the pot.
- Add the unsalted butter and marshmallows to the bowl. Whisk for 2-4 minutes until it forms a smooth paste.
- Remove the bowl from the pot. Add salt and red food coloring, whisking until combined.
- In a large bowl, add Rice Bubbles and pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal. Mix thoroughly.
- Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into ovals for brain shapes. Create a dent and draw veins with a toothpick.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
