  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (15g) fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (12-15 mins). Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare dressing: In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine: Gently fold warm potatoes, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and optional eggs into the dressing.
