Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, and honey until well combined.
  2. Add lime zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using). Whisk vigorously.
  3. Stir in chopped cilantro (optional).
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed (more lime for tartness, honey for sweetness).
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
