  • 2 (3 oz) packages blueberry gelatin
  • 4 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 2 cups cold water (divided)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, then stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into clear cups (fill halfway) and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  2. Arrange strawberry slices on the set gelatin layer.
  3. Repeat with blueberry gelatin: dissolve in remaining 2 cups boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, and let cool slightly before pouring over the strawberry layer.
  4. Add blueberries to the blueberry gelatin layer and refrigerate for another 2 hours or until fully set.
  5. Top with whipped cream before serving (optional).

Notes

  • For quicker setting, chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before adding gelatin.
