- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (Rotisserie works great for convenience)
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 6–8 slices white cheese (for ghosts)
- Black decorating gel or mini olives for eyes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- If your cream cheese is not soft, microwave for 15-20 seconds, then spread it in your baking dish.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Cut ghost shapes from white cheese slices and arrange on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Add eyes with black decorating gel or olives.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Can be frozen before baking for up to two months.
