- 1 1/4 cups milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10–15 drops green gel food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Red heart sprinkles or candy (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the green gel food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat with a small amount of butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with whipped cream and red heart sprinkles.
Notes
These pancakes can be customized with mint, chocolate chips or blended spinach for added nutrition.
