- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey

- Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh herbs, garlic (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed (more honey for sweetness, lemon for tang, or herbs for freshness).
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or shape it into a log on parchment paper.
- If desired, roll the log in chopped nuts or extra herbs for garnish.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend in a food processor.
- Make ahead: Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Variations: Add sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Vegan option: Use plant-based cream cheese and omit goat cheese or substitute with a vegan alternative.
