Ingredients

Scale
      • 8 oz goat cheese, softened

      • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

      • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream

      • 1 tbsp honey

      • 1/2 tsp salt

      • 1/4 tsp black pepper

      • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme, chives, or rosemary)

      • Olive oil (for drizzling)

      • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

      • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh herbs, garlic (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed (more honey for sweetness, lemon for tang, or herbs for freshness).
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or shape it into a log on parchment paper.
  5. If desired, roll the log in chopped nuts or extra herbs for garnish.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
