- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
- Extra flour for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12×16-inch rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Layer on pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, olives, and red onion.
- Dust with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough (like a jelly roll). Pinch seams to seal.
- Transfer to baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with egg wash if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool 5 minutes before slicing into 1-inch pieces.
