Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter into separate bowls and add food coloring to create different colors.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet (about 1/4 cup each) to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, and berries. Serve warm with syrup.
Notes
Bring butter and egg to room temperature for best results. You can substitute buttermilk with milk and vinegar.
