Description

  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, eggnog, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness.
  6. Cool the brownies completely in the pan.
