- 2 Salmon Fillets (5–8 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Instructions
- Make the Brown Sugar Rub: Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until fully blended.
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Generously coat both sides with the brown sugar rub.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the salmon and serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added flavor.
Notes
Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer or microwave.
