Description

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the Brown Sugar Rub: Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until fully blended.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Generously coat both sides with the brown sugar rub.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until cooked through and caramelized.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the salmon and serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added flavor.
