Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth
- Transfer mixture to greased baking dish and spread evenly
- Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chopped nuts if using
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and golden brown
