  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, vegetable broth, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
