- 3 cups cranberries
- 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries, sliced apples, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well and spread in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Add pecans and mix well until combined.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit layer.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. If top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, ideally warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare the crumble mixture a day in advance.
