Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries, sliced apples, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well and spread in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Add pecans and mix well until combined.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit layer.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. If top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, ideally warm with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare the crumble mixture a day in advance.
