Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, 20-30 minutes.
- Drain and mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Mix in brown sugar, bourbon, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Transfer to greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

- Bake 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
