Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Quart Water
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions

Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly and slice into 1/4-inch rounds (remove seeds if visible).,Gently muddle mint leaves in a large pitcher to release oils (don’t tear).,Add citrus slices to the pitcher, reserving a few for garnish.,Fill pitcher with cold water. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.,Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (best after 4 hours) to allow flavors to infuse.,Serve over ice, garnished with reserved citrus slices and mint sprigs.,Refill pitcher with water 2-3 times before replacing ingredients.
