- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Avocado Spread: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
