Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced, optional)

  5. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle with olives, green onions, and jalapeños. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
