  • 1/3 cup toasted pistachios, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange arugula on large platter or individual plates.
  2. Distribute watermelon cubes evenly over arugula.
  3. Tear burrata into pieces and scatter over watermelon.
