Description

A creamy and savory blend of Boursin cheese, sweet fig jam, crunchy pecans, and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 blocks Boursin Cheese (preferably caramelized onion and herb flavor)
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans, lightly toasted and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry the chopped bacon for 5-7 minutes until crispy and browned, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and toast the pecans for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese and fig jam. Mix until well blended, then gently fold in the crispy bacon and toasted pecans.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, garnishing with additional pecans and bacon if desired.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dip can be made a day in advance.
