- 2 blocks Boursin Cheese (preferably caramelized onion and herb flavor)
- ½ cup fig jam
- ¼ – ⅓ cup crispy bacon, cooked and chopped
- ¼ – ⅓ cup pecans, lightly toasted and chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry the chopped bacon for 5-7 minutes until crispy and browned, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and toast the pecans for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese and fig jam. Mix until well blended, then gently fold in the crispy bacon and toasted pecans.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, garnishing with additional pecans and bacon if desired.
Notes
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dip can be made a day in advance.
