Ingredients
Scale
16 oz block feta cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Pita chips, crackers, or sliced baguette (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add feta: Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl, leaving some small chunks for texture. Fold gently to combine.
Mix in peppers and garlic: Add roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers, and minced garlic. Stir until evenly distributed.
Bake: Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with green onions and parsley. Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
For extra smokiness, add 1/4 tsp smoked paprika.
Make ahead: Prepare the dip (unbaked) up to 1 day in advance; cover and refrigerate. Bake before serving.
For a spicier version, include jalapeños or extra hot sauce.
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days (reheat in microwave or oven).
